Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
   
2. In the event of a dispute regarding the Service, the court having jurisdiction over the location of the administrator of this Site shall have exclusive agreed jurisdiction.
